Hi community!
We migrated recently to the cloud version of Jira, and to use recursive functions in the JQL queries we have Adaptavist ScriptRunner, but it crashes often and it does not work as expected.
Our requirement is being able to create recursive functions or JQL queries so we extract all issues within a tree created with issue links (an issue "owns" another issue, which "owns" another 3 issues, which later "own" more issues...)
Is there any other alternative apart from Adaptavist ScripRunner? Is there anything else created by Atlassian?
Many thanks,
Raul
Not a helpful answer I'm afraid, but could you report the crashes to our support team? We want to fix any problems like the ones you are seeing. https://www.scriptrunnerhq.com/help/support
We're working on extending the JQL functions as well and are looking for feedback on how the current searches work, as well as what people might find useful. Our customer success and product development teams would like to talk to you!
Hi @Raul
Depend what Script runner features you want to cover with new app. Only JQL is what you are looking for?
