Is there a way to view baselines from a different project in a kanban board of an existing project?

I currently have a kanban board created for a specific project but was wondering if there's a way to include baselines from a different project onto the same board?

Hello @Eman Khan

What are you referring to when you say "baseline"? Can you provide a screen image of a baseline?

What type of product subscription do you have; Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise?

Sorry i meant to say include tickets from a different project?

I have a kanban board created using a specific project and wanted to see if i can also include tickets from a different project onto the same board.

I'm not sure what type of subscription.  Would you happen to know where to go to check that?

Do you see Plans as a menu option? If so you have a Premium or Enterprise subscription.

Otherwise, check with your administrators to find out what type of subscription you are using.

When you said "baseline" I thought you might be talking about the "Timeline" features. The subscription is relevant to that.

If all you want to do is include issues from multiple projects in the kanban board, the subscription is not necessarily relevant.

What type of project(s) contain the issues you want to display in one board? Get the project type information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

The board available in a Team Managed Software project cannot be modified to display issues from other projects.

The board for Business projects also cannot be modified to display issues from other projects.

The boards for Company Managed Software projects can be modified to display issues from multiple projects. Such boards use a Saved Filter to select issues, so the Saved Filter for the board can be modified to change which issue will be displayed in the board. After making such a change you need to revview the mapping of Statuses to Columns in the Board Configuration. If issues that use different statuses have been added to the board, the statuses need to be mapped to columns.

You can also create an entirely new board based on an entirely new filter. That method would allow you to combine issues from Company and Team Managed projects and from Business and Software projects. For more information on that, refer to this article:
