Is there a way to see who changed the project workflow in Jira?

Hello,

Our Workflow on a project was changed and we are trying to figure who changed it. When checking the logs we did not find an option to look for workflow logs. 

Please advise.

Have you checked the Audit log? 

Some events about workflow (Workflow scheme created, Workflow scheme copied, Workflow scheme deleted, Workflow scheme updated) should be available there: Audit log events
