Hi there. I'm looking at ways to track completion over time not just using opened/closed ticket metrics. I've been playing around with % completion today and it looks like it could be a good option for us. Is there a way to apply it retroactively to past months so I can test fully? Thanks!

You can add estimates to the issues and then log work on the issues for past dates. That should apply it for past months. It would be a lot of work and it might be best to just start where you are at.
