Is there a way to restrict access in next-gen board to only tickets that are assigned to a person?

We want to use Jira Board for a Committee that handles requests for decisions from different parts of organization. Is there a way to give all users view rights, but in such way that they only see tickets with their names (i.e. as assignee)?
