Is there a way to recover deleted contents within project?

When an epic, stories, etc. are deleted from a project, is there a way to recover?

There is an app for this on the marketplace.

But this will only work for deleted issues after the app has been installed, previous delted actions can't be undone.

There is no built-in way to recover deleted content.

There are marketplace apps available that can enable tracking and restoration of deleted issues, but these need to be installed and configured before the deletion occurs.

There is no way to recover deleted issues if you don't have a backup.

If you're looking for specific data from a deleted Jira story or epic, perhaps at some point while creating or editing the Jira, you received an email notification that contains the details you need to manually re-create it. This is something that kind of saved my day, when I had a similar case with deleted Jiras on accident.
