Is there a way to get on screen notification that a issue has been updated?

Currently we have problems when multiple persons are working on a issue. Sometimes the issue at hand is used as a tracking issue, where status of a lot of smaller tasks is logged. For instance if you have to run N manual tests, but creating additional subtasks for each test is not feasible. And multiple persons can run different tests.

It would be nice if it was possible to get a on screen notification that you have to reload the page if you are modifying a issue and someone else updates it (just like it is done in confluence).

You can create a feature request against JIRA for this smile support.atlassian.com
