Is there a way to create custom charts?

I'm trying to make a bug dashboard, so is there a way to create custom charts. Where I can feed my own x-axis and y-axis data.

And another question is there a way to create custom fields on a dashboard where I can show days left or who has highest bugs to resolve.

P.S. I cannot add plugins, it looks like I need admin access. Getting admin access is 50-50 chance

You can create your own dashboard.

you can two dimensional statistic gadget and select the x and y axis from the list. 

And another question is there a way to create custom fields on a dashboard where I can show days left 

For this point you can add filter result gadget and remaining estimate field in the columns.

who has highest bugs to resolve.

 For this you can add pie chart with statistic type assignee or Use issue statistic gadget with statistic type assignee.
