Is there a way to automate / batch adding security containers in Security in Jira?

Hi
is there perhaps any way to automate the process, add them programatically, or define the containers e.g. via wildcards? 

We have quite a few and manually adding each container is quite time-consuming, as well as integrating new containers when they are created by product teams.

From documentation it seems that the only supported way is manual, but maybe I am missing something on the Jira side

it has been over a year since this question was asked. I have looked closely at the APIs and found no solution to this gap. I do NOT want to have to constantly manually add security containers to my project. in my case some option to just add all of them would be great. is this feature being maintained?
