Is there a way of automatically creating repeatable tasks within a issue type?

Within my team we have a need to create stories (issue types) that have repeatable tasks associated with them. Is there a way of creating these tasks automatically when a specific story (issue type) is created?

Hi Walt,

With automation, you should be able to do this. (go to Jira settings > Automation or press "." in Jira and search for Automation)
