My company wants to be able to require specific information when an author identifies the issue as a customer problem.
My question is: we have a custom field on the Create screen which is a simple "Customer Issue?" check box. The default is not selected which allows the user to go through our standard work flow. What we want is a new screen to appear when that field is selected which requires the user to enter certain customer information.
When the user finishes up with that field they will then be brought to the same point in the workflow as if they did not select it.
Is there an 'out of the box' solution for this?
