Is the "Add to more test Cycle(s)" check box inside "Add to test Cycle(s)" window active?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
After creating a Test and executing the Test, I want to add that Test to a test cycle. The 3 dots right of "Deep Clone" has a drop down window which "Add to test Cycle(s)" is 17 titles down from the top. After opening "Add to test Cycle(s)" a pop up window will show "Add to more test Cycle(s)" at the bottom with a check box. I cannot find a way to get this to work.
