Is that possible to write additional context parameters in my WebItem's URL?

Hi,

I am writing a atlassian-express plugin to my JIRA cloud. 

In my app descriptor file, I am displaying a dialog through my WebItem in issue-view page. I am not able to get the additional context parameters value in my URL.

If I use WebPanel , I can able to get the context parameter value.

Below is the snapshot (WebPanel), where in which I can able to access the additional context parameter value.

If I try to access the context parameter value from from WebItem , I am not able to access.

Can you please help me out with this?
