I'm looking for a way to link Redmine and Jira Service Desk.
Currently, the developping team is using Redmine for the BUILD part of the project but we would like to add some ITIL process with it and customer support. We found out that Jira Service Desk was really nice to do so and use it in RUN.
I found on this official doc : third party integrations and the only solution I see is to dev with the Jira API. Is it the only way ? I find personnally that the combination of the two could be very powerfull.

Indeed, you can integrate Jira with Redmine by either developing your own integration app (Using Jira REST API) or using a third-party app that provides a ready integration.
