Hello,
in our issue workflow, when a issue ready for testers, we face a logistical challenge: the "tester" person rotates on a regular bases (e.g. weekly) and for developers putting issues up for testing, it's not always easy to know who this person is.
We can fix this with a "process" etc. but I'm wondering, if this scenario is someone supported by Jira?
Aka have an "alias" (?) which can be changed by the respective product manager when the rotation happens so the next tester person taking over already has all the issues assigned for them and developer don't need to specifically remember who is it going to be but just know to use the "alias" in the assignment?
Doesn't have to be specifically _this way_, just wondering if there's anything in the Jira workflow supporting this kind of rotation.
Thank you :)
