Is it possible for the page to auto-refresh instead of having to do it manually?

Right now, every time someone makes an update to the board (e.g. moves a ticket etc), a popup shows telling me the board has been updated and I need to refresh. This is kind of a pain when using Jira all day every day for work. Any way to get it to auto-refresh?

The easiest way would be to use a Web browser (Chrome, Firefox) add-on or extensions if your organization allows them. (search them with text Auto Refresh)
