We want to link Symphony Summit application and Jira application for automation like, when we change status of a issue in jira then a new ticket should raise using the content of jira issue in Symphony summit application.

by doing some research I found the following hints (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Integration-of-Jira-amp-symphony-Summit/qaq-p/1210842) which you probably already know.
So, this is more of a housekeeping than a specific hint - maybe the vendor has some more tips and tricks on this like stated in the thread I posted above. From Market Place there is no App available. REST API would be an option if this is possible with Symphony Summit - like discussed in the other thread, also.
