Inactivate "Unresolved: By Assignee" in project statistics

Can we generally inactivate the section "Unresolved: By Assignee" in the project statistics?

We want to do this for data protection reasons.

Not finding a way to disable only the "unresolved: By assignee" statistics but you can disable the whole statistics feature by disabling this system plugin

I've tried it out but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

Maybe there is another plugin that we have to disable additionally?
