In Jira Service Desk, how do you change the sender address on customer email notifications?

In Jira Service Desk, I have set up various projects with associated emails in the Customer Channels section. They all work fine for sending in email queries to create tickets, but the 'From' field in the reply to the customer shows up as the project name in each case. Ideally you would want this to show the company name or similar. How can this be changed?

Hello Jon,

Although I wish I had something to provide you with, at the moment it is not possible to change the "Email from" format on JIRA notifications. We do have a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

JSDCLOUD-702.

Nowadays the only way to change the 'from' is changing the portal name.

You can do that under your Project settings > Portal Settings.

But this will update your portal name at Help Center and that may lead to some inconvenience with all your projects.
