In Configure Fields checkboxes marks not save


At the issue creation screen of issue type "A" i choose some checkboxes and create issue normally.

Then i change issue type to "B" and create other issue.

And when i tried to change back to issue type "A" in issue creation screen - my marks in checkboxes resets.

This problem appears about 2 weeks ago.

Hi Syren,

I probably could use a bit more context, but the first places I would look are:

  1. Is the checkbox field a native Jira custom field option or being provided by way of add-on?  Some add-ons are finicky.
  2. Check the field configuration for "issue type B".  If that field is not in the field configuration, data could be lost as you transition to it.

1. All checkbox fields are standart custom field.

2. A and B field configurations are different, same as issue screen
