Importing issues form csv for multiple projects

Goal - I want to import multiple issues but are spread across multiple projects

Following this,

I have prepped my csv file with the required fields (Project Name, Project Key), the instructions say "If you want to import issues into multiple Jira projects, choose Defined in CSV. Make sure that every issue in your CSV file includes project name and key data."

'Defined in CSV' is not available when typed in or is available as an option to check?

My issues is not having Global Admin Permissions, therefore I can't access the import function with the option 'Defined in DSV'..
