Importing Jira issues into loop using powerapp connector

I am not able to import the issue on https://loop.cloud.microsoft/ using powerapp connector. Note I used the following instructions to connect.

Jira Integration with Microsoft Loop (microsoft365.com)

Though the Jira link to powerapp is successful the issues are not shown on powerapp.
