Import worklogs from a CSV file

We are trying to import worklogs from a CSV file, and we get an error.

CSV file content:

Project Type,Project Name,Project Key,Issue Key,Summary,Worklog
Software,Aula de Pediatria,ADP,ADP-17,Issue importada desde CSV con Jorge,2018-02-01;1200

Error:

Exception occurred parsing worklog '2018-02-01 11:30:10;fobiols;1200'. It will be skipped

The error only occurs when we indicate the username (fobiols).

If we remove it it works.

Hi Ferran,

I see a ticket with our Support team and they stated they were able to succesfully import the file you sent them after verifying the time and date settings in JIRA and making sure everything matches in your csv file. 

Per their findings your date/time settings were as follows:

"config.date.format" : "dd/MMM/yy h:mm a"

In your csv file the format is as you stated above:  2018-02-01 11:30:10

Please correct this and test again.  If you're good to go please update the ticket you have with Support and let them know that fixed the issue and they will close it on their end.
