Hi Ayman - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
What are the values in your CSV fields? What columns are you using and what are the values in those columns?
Hi John - Thanks for your replay
there is screenshots clarify the fields, values and map fields on jira in CSV (all these columns I use to import to the issue )
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Are you trying to create issues or update issues?
Why do you have Jira keys in the summary field? I think you would need to take those values out. .

I want to create New issues not update issues
I use Jira keys to link the issue with issue in another project ( when i use link issues field there is error appear )

I would take that out of the summary and try it. You only have 3 issues being created so you can link them manually after the fact.

No I have thousands of issues to create I just import this 3 issues to try , I triad to import with removing the key from summary and the same error appear , is there any way to solve that error (Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ Not a valid JSON object ])

This is a different problem. Are you trying to link the issues when you import them? I don't see you mapping that field above.
Also, what type of issue type is Unit - is it a sub-task issue type? Or a level 0 like task or story?

Sorry john for being late in my replay.

Unit is an issue type in my project and i have another 2 issue types

But is the Unit a sub-task issue type (level -1) or at the same level as say Task (level 0)?
