Import a list of component to an existing project

I have a list of 94 components that I need to use in an existing project, but can I import these somehow and use them in my project? I have only managed to figure out how to import a CSV file with the components when creating a new project. But surely there must be a way to import them to an existing project as well?

To use the CSV import to update information in an existing project you can select the option for the "old" import experience.
