I am having a hard time discovering how to import tasks and status of the tasks that are inside Pivotal/Clubhouse issues. I export the data in a CSV file and was able to import almost everything on Jira (creating necessary fields to include all information from Pivotal), except tasks and the status of the tasks.
I don’t quite understand. When you refer to tasks is that synonymous to what Jira calls issues? Every line item in your CSV file would be an issue in Jira and I would assume would be a task from pivotal? What errors are you receiving during import?
Sorry that I didn't myself clear. I am able to import issues, except the tasks that are inside the issues + the status of the tasks. I screenshot the CSV file (Pivotal fictional data), please take a look in the column U and V where contains the task and task status field.
Before I do the import I didn't find a field either am able to create a field that matches my needs, so because of that I didn't receive any error related to it as I am not importing this part.

Yes, I know but as I mentioned in the previous comment, I didn't find any option when I am customizing that attends my needs.

Are you using a CMP? Are you an admin? To create a custom field go admin > issues > custom fields and create field.

Yes, I am an admin. I know how to create new fields, but as I mentioned before none of the options when I am creating a customized field attend to my needs.
