I want to add Google Tag Manager snippet in Jira script to both <body> and <head> sections.
Apparently, the only way to add it is though "Announcement banner". This is the only way I could make it work.

Did you get an answer on this? I am guessing the only place we can place this is the announcement banner. It wouldn't be a best practice for Google Tag Manager, but it should still work.
