I have created multiple issues for a client in JSM which works as the front end for clients. Our development team uses JS and we regularly clone issue types to separate the two entities. When I clone in JSM using automation, and move the ticket to JS my images and screenshots in the description disappear. In JS I see where the screenshot was, but get a preview unavailable error. How can I keep my JSM content with my ticket as it is cloned and moved to JS?
