Image thumbnail on new issue view?

I'm adding image evidence to my issues and they are huge in the new issue view. They are mobile images and they seem to be limited by width, so what I have is a huge image in my description. It takes up too much space. How do I make it to be shown as a thumbnail only?

In the old issue view, when I added an image, I could set it to be shown as a thumbnail and it would be enlarged when I cliked on it.
