Idioma por defecto en service desk

Cuando accedo a idiomas compatibles y pulso sobre: Cambiar el idioma predeterminado, me dice: 

No se pudieron guardar los cambios. Vuelva a intentarlo.

 

NO PUEDO CAMBIARLO!!!

Hi Pedro,

It seems that you could be running into this bug:

  • JSDCLOUD-5994 Unable to change the default language of a project if a Issue Type is deleted.

If this is the case, you'll want to raise a support request so we can correct it directly on your instance.

Can you confirm if this is what you were doing? If so, I can raise the request for you.
