I want to auto populate fields in jira forms

I have a jira project A, where in input is by jira forms. I have a field called client name, which i want to auto populate as a dropdown.

the client names should be fetched from another jira project B. how can i do this?

Field values can only be programmed into the field configuration in the custom field administration section. They cannot be dynamically pulled from tickets in another Jira project.
