Welcome to Atlassian Community.

please follow and try below 

1. Log in to jira with admin account.
2. Navigate to Authentication Policies
In Atlassian Access, go to Security > Authentication policies.  
3. Identify Relevant Policies
Look for policies that: Enforce 2FA
4. View Users Associated with Policies

Click on a specific policy --- a list of members associated with that policy displayed with Usernames or email addresses
5. Export Data

Thanks for response.

but our Domain is not verified. In such case I am unable to get the same.

Please help on such case.

Hi @Manish Purohit 

I think the other way is to check from user management but it is long process, but give a try as below:-
1. Log in as admin user.
2. Navigate to User Management
3. search and Export user data with selected fields like username, email and two-step verification
4. analyse the data
