I have problems to assign task in Agile

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA Agile 101

I have the access to the Agile platform (Quality) but once I want to assign a task I don't have the option. If I tried adding a new task the task is created but not visible and I cannot assign it to me either. Can you please help me with this?

NOTE: I have and old user from Nokia Company and I'm not sure if this could be the problem. Here you have my users:

Ask your JIRA Admin if you have "assign Issues" permission for that project.
