I didn't intend to delete jira ticket , Do I need to get my data back?
Hello @มลฤด_ อ__นย__งเจร_ญ welecome to the community! I found this other community article. Recover-deleted-JIRA-ticket which answers your question. From that article there isn't a way to recover that information unless you would have an older backup of your whole database to restore.
If you have a backup, here's an article for recovering that information: Recover from backups
Hope that helps.
Hi @มลฤด_ อ__นย__งเจร_ญ ,
Welcome to the community! As Dan Breyen said everything depends whether you had backup or not. If the answer is yes, you will be able to recover your Jira ticket. If you haven't had a backup of your Jira environment, in this case, unfortunaly, it may be a problem.
I'm part of GitProtect.io, a backup & Disaster Recovery software for Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, and Jira Work Manager helps to deal. We know how important accessibility and recoverability of data from any-pint-in-time. GitProtect permits to have automated backups with full data coverage, so that our users can have peace of mind that their data is safe.
You can try it free and test it (free trial or free account up to 10 users) on Atlassian MArketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228719/gitprotect-io-backups-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
