I created multiple test organizations while experimenting with your platform. However, I am unable to delete these extra organizations. When I check the related products in the Production environment, I cannot remove them either.
Is this restriction because I am using a free account? If so, could you please guide me on how to properly delete these test organizations?
Thank you for your assistance!
Hello @RaymondTing
@Humashankar VJ 's response regards Customer Organizations created within the Jira Service Management product.
Are those the organizations you are trying to delete?
Or are you talking about Atlassian Cloud Organizations under which Atlassian products/sites are created? Those Organizations are seen when you access https://admin atlassian.com
If you are referring to Cloud Organizations then you must first cancel the product subscriptions within the Organization. There will be a delay as the products will be kept alive until their next billing date to give you a chance to change your mind. Then the products are deactivated. The are held in that state for another period of time as a second chance for you to change your mind, restore the products, and recover your data. After the products are finally deleted then you can initiate deletion of the Organization.
You can get more information on this topic here:
