I am unable to add images or attachments, is this because of Free Plan? But in free plan given storage of 2GB, can't we attach images or anything?

Being on the free plan does not prevent adding attachments to issues.
What happens when you try to add attachments? Can you provide screen images of what you see?
Do all users have this problem?
Have you tried using a different browser application, or a private browser window?
