I am not able to add a specific user to the Tempo Sheet .

In my daily routine i am onboarding users to Jira and Providing the access to tempo sheets (Adding the user to tempo sheet group).  Specially for a particular user i am facing issue as  i can not added to the Tempo teams. System throwing error message as user i snot part of Tempo but in back end i can see user is part of tempo time sheet group.

 

Where i am missing ?Could some one help me on this

Hello, Good day. If the new user is able to access Jira cloud instance and able to view/access issue's then Jira license is fine. Please create a ticket with tempo team at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6572/timesheets-by-tempo-jira-time-tracking?tab=support&hosting=cloud
