How to use custom in Jira CLI's createIssue with runFromCsv for many custom fields?

I need to create many issues in Jira. The source is another issue tracking app's DB. Because many fields don't map I need to add those data as custom fields to Jira. I think the best way is to use Jira CLI's createIssue with runFromCsv. But I need to use 'custom' in CSV rows. Since the CSV itself seperates columns by comma, how can I use comma to seperate key:value pairs?
