This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Automating the calculation of priority based on impact and urgency values on issue creation
This proposal works great when you create an issue.
But what mechanism should be used when the Service Desk team changes Impact or Urgency ?
How is then Priority automatically updated ?
i made it with a free plugin called JIRA automation plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.plugin.automation.jira-automation-plugin/server/overview
