How to setup the outlook mail for jira service desk outgoing and incoming mail system?

We created a office 365 email account for jira service desk and now how to configure the SMTP(Outgoing) mail server  and POP/IMAP(Incoming) mail server

Hi Nani,

First you need to get some data from your email provided to be able to configure POP/IMAP and SMTP connections, then simply fill the form to configure the outgoing or incoming email in Jira by following those links:

• Configuring a Server for Outgoing Mail
• Receiving requests by email
