Hello!
We have a problem:
The user changes the status of the issue. Then the fields become unavailable on the edit and view screens.
At this moment this issue was opened by another user and he was able to edit the fields on the view screen.
How to solve a problem? Is it possible to completely forbid editing fields? Or how to make a notice that the issue is open on another computer?
Any ideas?
Hi Ivan,
You could use the workflow property to restrict the users from editing the values in a particular status.
Please follow the below steps and let me know the results:
The article workflow-properties explains the same.

I am looking for the same issue, is this property available for just one field? Thanks!
