Hello everyone,
I'm new to Atlassian and had hoped to use Jira during it's trial period but unfortunatgley life happened and I couldn't use it. I understand but would leike to request the product be cancelled. I tried to do it myself but the whole Windows and google switching control of a personal email/account over to an "administrator" has made it quite a challenge.
I wonder if I can explain this to the contact support? I'm currently retraining myself as a programmer so its not easy/simple to fund something you're not sure you'll be using. Any advice is appreciated with regards to requesting the product be cancelled.
