On one of my JSM projects, external customers are able to raise incidents from the Customer Portal.
However, writing customer name, ID, and location (which is mandatory) is a free text field which causes discrepancies in reporting and queueing.
I do have customer grouped in my projects.
Is there a way to set up the request forms so that if a customer from a specific group logins, there are limited options or a field is automatically filled?
On a form I have "Customer", "Line" and "Location" as a free text.
What I want is that if the username "email@example.com" reports an incident, on the form it is auto-filled as Company on the "Customer" field and then on Line and Location a dropdown shows only the pre-set options for Company.com
But if "firstname.lastname@example.org" logins and reports something, then "Corporate" will show as the "Customer" field and their own pre-set "Line" and "Location" shows up only, without the ones from "Company"
I hope that I made myself clear here!
Thank you all!
