Sorry “it did not work” doesn’t provide sufficient information for me to respond or assist. Can you please explain again what you were trying to accomplish and what you have attempted that is not working. It might help to share some screenshots of where you’re being challenged.

The error is pretty self-explanatory. You don’t have the necessary permissions. Please talk to your Confluence admin to assist.

You cannot move the attachment to a page that does not exist. Pages to which you are moving attachments must first be created in the selected space.

I’m confused. Are you wanting me to add a screenshot? Unsure how that would help.

My best guess here is that the page you have specified is formatted or specified incorrectly. Can you try to move it to another page just to see if it is possible?

Hi @Jugal Sharma ,
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
In the subject you have mentioned page/location, but you have asked this question Jira Cloud? Is this question focused to Jira or Confluence? I guess this is for Confluence instead of Jira.
If this is for Confluence, please find the guide link here for confluence cloud - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/manage-uploaded-files/.
Could you please accept the answer if it solves your query else respond and let others to share input?
Stay safe and healthy.
Cheers

I believe he is asking about archiving files attached to Jira issues. @Jugal Sharma , please correct me if I am mistaken.
There isn’t a way of archiving files on issues short of deleting them from issues one by one. My question is why do you wish to do so? Jira issues are not generally intended to retain living docs beyond the life of the issue.
