How to limit creation of issue in a Project to only email

We have a project that was created for the sole purpose of getting feedback from users via email.

The problem is I had to open up creation rights to everyone because the sender could be any active Jira user.

But now people see this project in the drop down when they click on Create Issue in Jira.

How can I turn off their ability to see the project in Create Issue but still send in email that will create an issue in the same project in their name?

Nope. No real work around for this. If they have the Create Permission, then they can see the project in the Create view.
