How to integrate jira cloud with bitbucket server?

During bitbucket installation, I try to configure the integration but it keeps saying that the creds are wrong, but they aren't. 

Could it be the reason that I have the free jira cloud plan?

Otherwise, I'm lost.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The limitations for the Free plan are listed in the below link and there shouldn't be anything preventing from integrating with Bitbucket Server:

 

Now, if you still have troubles configuring the integration please review below links and let us know if anything helps:

 

In case they don't help, please let us know:

  1. The exact steps you are following and where is this failing
  2. If you are using Oauth for authentication or not
  3. The version of BitBucket Server you are trying to connect to and the port used to connect to it
