Plugin to integrate Service now with Jira cloud and steps to add plugin.
Hello
I work for Exalate which is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over and how it will be applied. Since it is decentalized, it brings in a lot of security advantages, as both sides have full control. Any use-case becomes possible.
Check this out please:

It's possible with either ServiceNow Integration Hub's Jira Spoke or a third party app, such as Unito. I wrote this step-by-step tutorial on how to sync issues from Jira Service Management to ServiceNow.
It's a no-code flow, but it's fully configurable with support for most if not all fields (including custom fields) and attachments. It takes me around ~15 minutes to connect.
You can also find more documentation about the integration in Unito's Knowledge Base.
If you want to try it out, it comes with a 14-day free trial and there's live onboarding for ServiceNow users if you're interested.

You could use ServiceNow Jira Connector from appserve.ai which is available on Atlassian market place: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222673/servicenow-connector-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Hi @MANPRITSINGH , there really isn't enough info to go on here. But I will point you to the addons in the marketplace- https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=Service%20now
