How to install plugin by install link

I have developed an app with forge and published it to production, then I generated a link to allow others to install my plugin, but when I try to test, it gives me an error about "cannot be installed on this Cloud instance.", this is not true, with forge CLI I can install it on my Jira Cloud.

What shall I do to be able to install the plugin by the developer console link?

Well, by simply click on the link instead try install it in Jira managed to install the plugin, issue fixed (:
