How to have a report with created vs resolved along with SLA success rate

Hi, I need to have a report which can give me the no of tickets created vs resolved in particular month and how many of them met SLA and breached the SLA. can you advise how to build such report?

Since you've tagged this post as Jira Core, I want to ask which addon do you use to track your SLAs?

we are not using any add-on. We have all out of the box reports available in jira service desk
