Hi,
I search to know how to get the number of open tickets during the year by period of 1 month. Can you help me please ?
I precise that i don't want the number of ticket create during each month but the number of ticket with "not close" state during each.
Ex :
A ticket create in January and close in march will be counted in January, February anr March.
Thanks!

The widget Created vs Resolved is effectively what i want...
Thanks all.
Welcome to the Community
If you using resolution field then you can use following JQL to get open issues
resolution = Unresolved and created = startOfMonth("-1") - you can change the parameter of startOfmonth based on the month for which you want to search data.

Hi,
Thansk but no, it's not what i want...
This widget get the number of ticket create, and solved, not tue number of ticket wich is not close.
This widget contains an option "Display the Trend of Unresolved" but i don't undestand how it's work. The number of "unresolved ticket" doesn't match with my data...
